MEET THE THERAPIST
Shannon R. Floyd is a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to helping organizations and individuals excel. She is currently working with policymakers and educating powerholders. Possessing a Master’s Degree in Social Work, licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certification as a EMDR Therapist and training in mediation, Shannon has spent decades developing and administering programming and services in the “trenches” of juvenile justice, public secondary education, community mental health and human services, etc. to combat gross systemic inequities. Her commitment to influencing legislation, policies, practices, etc. beneficial to “the least of these” is unwavering.
